In the world of international intrigue, the case of Hardeep Singh Nijjar stands out as a remarkable and deeply troubling story. Canada is trying to portray him as an ordinary Canadian citizen, but delve a little deeper, and you uncover a complex web of criminality, terrorism, and international diplomacy. 🌍💥

The Citizenship Controversy:

One of the main fact is a significant contradiction. In 2015, Canada granted Hardeep Singh Nijjar citizenship, while an active INTERPOL Red Notice had been issued against him in 2014.

International Law says a country needs to deport the wanted to its home country, whereas Canada on the contrary gave him a Citizenship instead.

This raises critical questions about international law and cooperation among nations. 🤔🔴

Temple Takeover:

Nijjar’s rise to leadership in a Sikh temple is marred by allegations of threats and intimidation against his cousin, Raghbir Singh Nijjar.

He was no spiritual leader but a man with a disturbing criminal history. ⛪👀

Terrorist Connections:

Nijjar’s associations with terrorist groups are deeply troubling. He was an old associate of Khalistan Commando Force (KCF) terrorist Gurdeep Singh, involved in over 200 killings in Punjab.

Nijjar’s criminal journey began under the mentorship of another gang lord, Gurnek Singh. ☠️💀

The Escape to Canada:

In 1996, Nijjar managed to escape to Canada using a forged passport under the name “Ravi Sharma.”

He kept a low profile, working as a truck driver and plumber, until his connections took a darker turn. 🇨🇦🌿

International Connections:

Nijjar’s radicalization took a significant turn when he came in contact with Pakistan-based KTF chief Jagtar Singh Tara.

He visited Pakistan under the cover of a Baisakhi jatha member in 2012, receiving arms and explosives training. His connections with Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) further deepened. 🤝🔍

Operational Chief of KTF:

By 2015, Nijjar had assumed the role of operations chief of KTF in Canada. Despite an Interpol Red Notice issued in 2014, he was granted Canadian citizenship after having his request for political asylum rejected twice. This is a glaring contradiction to international norms. 🏛️📜

Terrorist Activities:

Nijjar’s involvement in funding, arms training, and operationalizing KTF members is chilling.

He even organized arms training camps in Canada, teaching the use of AK-47 assault rifles and sniper rifles. His actions led to targeted killings and communal tensions. 💰🔫

The case of Hardeep Singh Nijjar is a stark reminder of the complexities surrounding international law, citizenship, and cooperation among nations.

It leaves us with questions about how individuals with such troubling backgrounds can navigate the legal systems of host countries and continue to pose a threat to global security. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♀️🌐
